Eur/Usd has been in a range since 5am est. If your using any time frame of 15 min. or more its whipsaw city. I'm waiting for tomorrow when the euro interest rate is announced. Watch out for boredom trades.

Thursday March 4th (7:45am est) the European Central Bank will announce interest rates for the Euro. That will end the consolidation in this 1.34 to 1.37 range.
