This sounds like a very sensible response to the present situation. I'm impressed by the UK's efforts here - yes there are mistakes being made, but a low hysteria quotient and high effort quotient is what is needed.

The thing is, this flew up from the highs of 2017 - 2018 at about 1.36 and hit the high of 2016 at 1.46. Are we going to test 1.36 again? I believe it is possible, and there is good r : r between here and there.
