ArtfulDodger replied Feb 15, 2012Actually, the "perfect" was in reference to the way you posted the entire chart. Sorry for not making that clear.

ArtfulDodger replied Feb 15, 2012PERFECT!
(One thing I just noticed. Your entry is close to a Support Line for the beginning of yesterday (you have to zoom out a little to see it). That may (or may not) have an affect on whether the PA breaks through and down.Sonic R. System

ArtfulDodger replied Feb 15, 2012Konata, would it possible for you to expand your chart displays to show the entire chart, including the Sonic R Clock Panel? It would be helpful to those analyzing your trades. Thanks!

ArtfulDodger replied Feb 15, 2012It might be a good idea for ALL of us to re-read the basic instructions before the beginning of EVERY week. I seem to have a tendency to forget the basics from time to time, and allow my old, bad habits to creep back in to my trading. TAH, maybe you ...

ArtfulDodger replied Feb 13, 2012That explanation was totally different from what I had previously taken as the correct method for placing the stoploss. It should help eliminate quite a few negative trades that get hit by the stoplosses being just below the L of the beginning wave ...

ArtfulDodger replied Feb 11, 2012I hear ya on the amount being risked, but the point is to develop good habits if at all possible. Doesn't matter if it is $1 or $1,000.

ArtfulDodger replied Feb 11, 2012TAH, I have a question. Wouldn't it be better to set a stop loss, get stopped out, and re-enter the trade a little later? That appeared to be a sizable back-trace on the PA that MIGHT have kept on going in the bullish direction. You could have just ...

ArtfulDodger replied Feb 10, 2012I think that is a VERY dangerous statement my friend. We should ALWAYS have a stop loss set as a "just in case" thing. Better safe than sorry!

ArtfulDodger replied Feb 3, 2012MV, you are asking a question that really doesn't need to be answered. As long as the price moves in SOME direction, things will be just fine. Just follow the rules of the Sonic R Method, and jump on board when the time is right!

ArtfulDodger replied Jan 30, 2012I don't see any harm in formulating theories as to what might take place, based upon relevant information - as long as you still stick to the bottom line which is the PA. We should consider ourselves lucky that TAH takes the time to post his ...

ArtfulDodger replied Jan 29, 2012You are absolutely right about beginning with the demo account first. Without getting a clear understanding of how the "whole ball of wax" works, you couldn't last very long at all with the live trading. There is a limit to the advantages of demo ...

ArtfulDodger replied Jan 29, 2012As always, excellent advice. However, I find it difficult to relate a demo account to the real thing since they do not let us control how much money is in the demo account. If we could adjust it to match the amount we plan to open the live account ...
