You can try SierraChart, they now have lmax data too. Its not free, but they have a free demo period. They operate their own historical data servers.

To his dudeness: Commission is usually quoted in $ per million USD traded. FXO <50k deposit is $25/m, >50K is 18/m. Lmax is 25/m and Armada 20. Isn't that the most obvious way to compare fees?

I have been with both the USA branch and subsequently got transfered to Europe when they established their London office, there was no difference. Except that wire transfers got cheaper, since banks don't charge a fee for wires inside the EU.

The Oanda servers are located in a datacenter in Chicago, regardless if you are with Oanda Europe, Singapore or USA. Latency will vary, obviously.
