Probably, but just remember it can be prone to large swings for no apparent reason (witness last week's shambles) and that every central bank in the world trades in it, unlike many of the currency pairs. So good liquidity but sometimes defies logic.

German Industrial production well down hasn't helped EUR sentiment, plus cable, gold and AUD also easing, so this looks like a mild risk off day.
