...not giving up, once in a trade that's it for me, it's either 'on' or 'off'...was just commenting on what i was seeing at the time...which of course with the benefit of hindsight gave the impression of giving up on a winning trade.

hmm, the swissy IB short could well turn out to be a dud....eur/usd looks as though it will trigger it's IB short soon, in which case we'll be stopped out of our swissy...swings and roundabouts

Good post, DaBuschi. I'll kick the ball with a couple of exit tools i find useful on the hrly TF. 1st is the use of fibs pulled in the direction of the trade, the inner fib levels (38.2, 50 and 61.8) used as support/resistance, as per Bobokus' ...

Hi Jarroo, re GU atm, it's down on the day but up trend stair stepping has been in place since the May 13th swing low...will you be taking GU short or long today?....or will you just leave it for now?

I've taken several IB losses today, as is the case more often than not with this strat. Have one (GU long) "free" trade, which might make all the difference. It isn't a strat for those "needing" a high win rate, that's for sure.

..noticed this too, NAL. From what Peter wrote he used 6am GMT (not 5am), but as he says: "I use 00:00 CST or 06:00 GMT as my open. Believe me, if you are off 1 hour due to Daylight Savings time it is not going to be a problem."
