I look for my biggest breakouts at news time. we are in a 3 hour sideways movement at present wait for a move then get in on retrace and break with move direction. Again times of day are relevant how the market usually behaves. Not an exact science ...

If no move north before lunch and sideways flag until 1 est I am looking south after lunch. Again price must confirm. Just my thoughts No move north means traders are holding on to trades and not taking profit yet.

May see bounce north with a new trend heading south 123 pattern. So far news leading us south. This is where fundamentals play in to trading. A bounce north if we get it will be profit taking around 11-12 est. Let price tell you.
