      frankly its an arbitrary date... with a simple congressional recess they can easily postpone the decision till then risk aversion from the USD will be high.... mainly cause of people being unsure of what the final outcome will be of this debaucle

      not for long as of today short term t-bills are no longer considered a risk free asset plus the new CME collateral haircuts on ALL treasuries is very telling of just how "safe" this bonds will be....

      I know man.. im honestly just messin around... I was attempting a CC trade based on overall USD bearishness EU is a race to the basement... one day the Eurozone crap inches ahead and the next the USD drama takes the reigns... its awesome
