      Because you don't want 4 to overlap with 1.. However, your purple count seems no abiding my the rules since purple 5 is longer then purple 3 (actually all your 5s are longer than your 3s!) .. That is why I am looking at it differently.. For example, ...

      I still see that we'll test the highs again, may be even 10-15% more Fib of the last swing high.. And then one can get a better R:R for a short position? But again, that is just me.. Examples in the attached chart:

      Actually, The support is extra strong and I recognize the reversal pattern to the north..!! Even Gold rebounded north after a dip.. I thought you wanted a weak USD for your UJ trade!?
