Swingman, Can you please supply us with an indicator, which I think you half have, chart overlay with a start date/time? i would like to use the previous days or start of day to see how price deviates from a correlated pair. thanks, vip

Yes I am lookling at the day deviation from 00:00 and see how volatile a pair can be on any time frame.

right ok - url this from brians rollover strat - on forex discussion forum. a guy called hornet (michael) created this spreadsheet that extracts the info from MT4 using DDE. I do not know much about programming excel, but this could be a start?

which indicator you using from swingman - as there were some that were repainting. Yes that seems the logical thing that you have done on the spreadsheet, I will download and take a look at that.

Oanda does seem a popular choice - i don't mind paying rollover, but Oanda charge to put money into your account and also charge to take money out. i bet you are also losing on the exchange rate, no? as the account is in USD dollar?

Interesting thread... if the balance in this game has to be zero... meaning if there were no buyers and sellers, what moves the markets is buyers and sellers... why do they say 95% of the traders lose?!?! does the market trade against you... nope it ...

this is where you are going wrong... look at the charts... you are inexpirenced, like myself, but moving averages and crosses... that's why you lose, buy the time you are in, most people are out... or either you keep tight SL and you get hit... read ...
