Thanks everyone, the problem was from the application side.. I contacted the developer via email and he fixed it in 30 minutes..

Does anybody has an account with FXCM?? Can you please verify are they streaming rates right now with no problem? I use this app 'fxratewatcher' for WP7 which sources its quotations from FXCM but the quotes right now are all 1.
