With services PMI coming in above expectations I think you'll recover those -15 pips.....but sometimes on good news it goes backwards, the type of event that can send a trader crazy... LOL No NFPs and I'm sure this would have jumped 30 pips

And to answer my own question, Cable doesn't have much strength right now so sell stops were sitting just above 4460 and were triggered hence the pullback and Bulls couldn't carry it further at that point in time....that's my theory and I'm sticking ...
