It's strictly a personal preference, degournay. I use both and go back and forth. The HA bars cut some of the "noise" and can keep us in a trade longer. Set up both and compare them, see what you think.

AUDJPY — I entered this trade on the BO yesterday. Set my TP too high. It is still up about 25 pips, but I have to make some decisions about it now as the candles are getting weak, even though the RSIs are still long.
