You are doing something wrong. The Expert Advisor works fine. You need to check live trading. You might have 10th pip on Your MT4, so You will have to change TP=10 to TP=100. There can be many reasons why the EA is not working on Your platform.

I think You should re-install Your MT4. Also, before that, I think the problem might be because of templetes. For example, if You draw a vertical line on usdjpy, then save templete, and then load templete on gbpusd...that vertical line will be ...
