Yes, a 34 pip stop is too large if you're scalping for a 5pip TP. You'll now need 6 wins to get back what you've lost if your targets are 5pips like most traders here use. Also, dragon is really flat at the time of your entry. Ideally you want to be ...

Its difficult to see your screen shot properly, but if you look at the dragon it seems pretty flat, indicating low momentum and possible accumulation phase. Also, it appears you entered just before London Open which is quite risky in itself. ...
