if we have to give a trade call with proper SL, this keeps a check on ourselves that we have to trade a system, not gambling while Stop loss hit we should loose less and make more when we gain and trust me it helped me alot it was a different world ...

True for people who dont use SL this is the case my SL are tight, or position is so tiny it will be in limit and if price is not moving i am out.

Did you notice what was the draw down in that account ? making 5k to 13k is good but what's important is the drawdown ? as we keep on taking the same side trades just to average out the price and once it goes in favour it all turn into positive. ...
