so far, i have found Forex UA/Forex Ltd. as the only GMT broker outside ODL & IBFX. unlike IBFX & ODL, Forex UA has CFDs, Indices, the $ & Eur Index (USDX & EURX). There's possibly some other GMT brokers out there though.
