Well if I was in the Fed needing to increase rate, but didn't want the problems with it, I would have make a call to the UK SNF,ECB and Japan and co-ordinate it!! How would the Japan QE, ECB QE, UK and FED rate changes effect the markets then?

Good bet. They probably will default, then watch as the ECB initialise a new plan to establish a Greek national bank so Greece doesn't have to exit the EU. The fun part starts when they miraculously get the EU other national banks to help fund it.!! ...
