Here now. I was a bit too aggressive / eager and got in early. Shorted @ 52, 4 spreadbet lots.

It's a hurtful lesson to take, but Dr Doom is right. He should cut his losses and walk away from trading for a while. I've done this and the time away has been the better for my trading. It's the only way you can avoid revenge trading.
