I think it can help. sports in general, imho, can help. but i believe it does not necessarily equate to good/better trading. There are many other factors that come into play when it comes to trading.

it's always best to be very picky: less trades, less mistakes, less losses, less stress (in general) it's always dangerous to take every setup ----that's suicide imho. & it's called overtrading.
