No he's not. 300% annually is only 11% a month compounded. I personally risk 4% a trade (on current account size) with R:R at least 1:1, probably averaging 1:1.5. So that means I only need just 2 winners above my losers a month to get 300% a year. ...
Is it possible to earn 30% per month consistently for 4 years?

Bagged a quick 29 pips during the night. I like these little trades with tight stops. It's not about pips but volume. Have another similar one on the go on the EURAUD. Merry Christmas everyone!

Is it possible to earn 3% monthly consistently? Is it possible to be profitable consistently? 30% is irrelevant. It's all scalable.

The reason I haven't shorted this pair is that on the daily it is in an uptrend and seems to be bouncing off the 23.6 fib.

DarkWolf, GBPCHF is acting quite neurotically. I am currently -18 pips on the daily (post 4025) and I have a sell order on H4, just in case!

Well, there seems to be a lot of congestion around the 23.6fib on the daily and the trend is certainly up.... Also there was a bearish engulfing candle a couple of days ago but nothing much happened, which also indicates strong uptrend.
