Ok, Udine, at the risk of looking foolish, I have to ask. If the H1 opens at 138.995, too close to buy 139.000, do you buy 139.100 or wait till next hour because 139.100 is not the first 00 level? tx

Thanks. I have been thinking some of those things as well, which suggests I might finally be moving in the right direction. Especially too close to DO, which Udine has also mentioned.

I have been thinking about this... why did you not sell the EJ? It fits all the rules (but is really close to DO). Thanks. EDIT: nevermind I see your H1 started below, where mine started above 138.70

I felt like throwing in my 2 cents... It probably is not critical where it is, but I feel since Udine is basing his trades on his DO, I want to match that while I am learning so I can see if I'm taking the same trades as he is. If you have the daily ...

What a difference spread makes. Mine was TS because of 1.6 spread compared to 0.6....

Thanks. One more thing. I applied this to a GMT+3 chart and it says "We are inside news period" from 4:33 to 6:03, (5:38 time/ 2:38 GMT) but I see no news at this time. Why is that? (Maybe I should PM you instead.)

Also I noticed the Comments don't disappear when you remove the EA and there are 420(!) Comment labels being created. Isn't that a bit much? If an array variable is empty, why does it create a comment label?

Thanks. I also wondered about the Daily Open. I don't see an easy way to modify that. My broker is GMT 0 and Udine's is +3 so I want to start my DO line at 2100. I can think of several possible ways to do that but this is your baby. Any chance you ...

1. EA does not consider if ADR is reached. 2. You have to manually eliminate trades that happened during news; that cannot be backtest coded. 3. If you have 1 win on EJ and 1 on GJ, you stop trading. I think the EA is supposed to do that in realtime ...

Why not rule 11? This checks if price has moved average ADR already and not to trade if it has reached it in the current direction. This is currently based on an exponential ADR(1+5+10+20)/4.

Yes I think that may be the solution because I have seen a lot of 2nd hour trades eventually become Loss. Market just dies.

I still don't see it. I delete the arrow and it puts it back. Still says "delete up" at the top with down arrow on chart. And if you don't show me the code, I can't see why it does that. Also, there is no Risk option visible in the Inputs. Check ...
