The dovish FOMC notes earlier are the only thing keeping the EUR from dropping like a rock. These poor PMI's plus the Cyprus shambles by themselves would see the EUR already at 1.28 and falling. It might get ugly during the NY session.

These LTRO repayments are manipulated by the ECB to window dress the banking situation. As they are not required to breakdown new borrowings they repay today, and reborrow on Monday. Its a circus.
