looking at your chart, i see a rejection of the top TL, red candle, dragon fly, red candle? That 'looks" sell to me but of course there are several other factors that go in to one's decision such as price actions, fibos, pivots, supports etc..

there was a nice TL break on the M5 that i wanted to get in at 5430 area but the move was too fast . For me it would have been one of those 'move stop to BE immediately then evaluate' type of trades. I am just a bird watcher at the moment

if you look to the left on the H1, this area was resistance on 8/21 then support on 8/23. could possibly bounce here but nothing to confirm a buy yet IMO.
