thats called read-only password, its not the same password he uses (i guess), anyway i order to change your password go to tools, options, choose the server table and then change.

there's still one thing you've detached from your equation and that is, everytime your capital grow by $100, your lot size will grow, hence the value of pip, thus, you dont need to make $100 everyday, you could "start" with $20 and end up with ...
