You probably do not have all the required indicators. The EA needs the xpma indicator and I think that indicator needs several more indicators. Go to Coder's web site or ask the people you got the EA from.

It should work. Have you tried using Windows Explorer to go to the actual two installed ODL folders and opening the terminal files that way? You may have a shortcut problem.

If you don't want to put all the charts in the same profile run more than one copy of MT4 with the same account number. Run a different profile on each platform.
