Try copying the entire templates folder, then paste into MT4 and the replace existing one ?

You are probably looking in the wrong templates folder. There are 2 templates folders, one is a sub-folder in the experts folder. Go to the other one, it will probably be ProgramFiles > Metatrader > templates.
