AMP doesn't set leverage. Its inherent of the contact specs of the instrument being traded. They do adjust margins on high impact news but there's a reason for that. Not sure I would consider that a "restriction" tho.

I have never experienced lengthy delays. Approvals and payouts have been within about 5 days tops. You don’t have to stop trading either. Just don’t do something stupid like yolo the account.
