you bring up an interesting point. I'm not too well versed in how tick volumes are calculated in forex, would brokers that offer multiple liquidity providers have more accurate representation of volume flow?

price is really flirting with the 13% retrace from the recent drop @ 1.25525 got a small long open @ 1.2547, a few pips in the green already so moved SL to BE, gonna eye the 1.257 price action and if it closes above, aim for 1.258 low liquidity ...
