That is retail traders. It doesn't really matter what they are doing. I can tell by looking at charts, and listening to what the big banks/hedges are saying. They all are saying long USD and US equities. But it is up to you if you wana believe me.

The BOJ didn't raise the QE by that much. But with the FED ending QE and BOJ raising QE it really went hog wild.

Looks to me like the market has priced in as much dovishness possible. At this point the market can only be disappointed on the hawkish side.
