You can choose to opt-in the bonus but you won't get it if you don't meet its condition and from my exp, you cannot get a bonus if you don't have a proper strategy or you're scalper neither.

I think you should buy Skrill or Neteller for funding, don't deposit directly from Credit Card for any services because the fee + rate is very high.

Yes, you can try 4 digit trading for all pairs with Classic account, while 5 digits is for Advanced account. It's also available on demo.
