You just have to balance your life. I trade just London session for example and nothing else...if I miss a trade in New York thats ok...there is a lot of oportunities to come. I think 5-6 hours is more than enought......

This week I really do not have time to this but I will get to it next week. I will take all triangles in GBP/USD on 4h, 1h, 30 min 15min chart. we are just loking for succes ratio of a brakeout ang average pips that brakeout made... Am I correct?
