Can this be done in JForex? Just using the web platform at the moment. eg: EUR/USD (If EUR/USD=1.3800 buy 10k and (if EUR/USD=1.3820 sell or if EUR/USD=1.3790 sell)) what I was getting at is that the equation only gets sold either at profit or loss ...
Dukascopy Live Account - Don't Post if you haven't traded live with them!
- klrman replied Nov 1, 2010
Ok, you are with an ECN presumably? Look at your fine print and tell me that there is not a clause somewhere that states your ECN can't trade against you? You will probably find, like every other so called ECN that there most probably "is" a clause ...

In other words, Dukas probably occasionally manipulates the spreads and is a market maker. Question is, how many pips of manipulation are we talking about here and how often? In their fine print it does state under conflict of interest I think, that ...

So, who do you use that would qualify as a true ecn for retail accounts then? They all have their angles and abuse the word "ECN", but I'm all ears!

Very sad JD. I thought Dukas was the only decent Broker left in the Forex world. Only been live with them for less than a month, but so far, every trade has been executed at lightning speed with zero slippage, since I enable slippage control, so at ...

Just wondering if IA's for Dukascopy can manipulate our spreads? I know it states on the IA sites that they can't have access to our accounts or manipulate spreads, so, how is it possible they can get rebates for us? Everything has a cost normally, ...

I've spent an hour searching for the link where they review Oanda and state that they close your positions even if you have not used your margin up. I will search more. Since there are endless posts on the web about constant connection issues with ...

Even worse if 10% what I read about them is true. This line on their disclaimer is a little odd too "During extremely volatile market situations, MIG BANK reserves the right to increase spreads or margin requirements, and to take steps to impose ...
Micro-lots possible for US residents now?
- klrman replied Oct 14, 2010
I'm fairly new, but it seems from all I have read so far, that many brokers don't want you to make profit....bucket shops. Don't ask me how they get away with it, but they do. Haven't heard anything bad from Oanda overall except something about that ...

Thanks for the tip! I've never heard of MIG to be honest with you so I started to read the reviews on Forexpeacearmy and they seem pretty scary. Hate it when people say their money disappeared and the broker plays dumb. Just too many bad reviews ...

You will need $800 not $1,000 just to meet margin at 50:1 if you only paid $200 before, depending on your pair of course. For example: If you went long on, say, USD/CAD at 50:1 you would need $2,000 just to meet margin.
CMS ceasing operations for retail traders

I agree with this, they need to be prosecuted for their acts as it looks like it is going to far. I just hope Dukascopy does not get the same idea and dump all retail clients as I wire money over to them already.
