There isn't "right" time frame. There are people who are sucessful on some time periods and there are those who are unsecesful. You have to try every time frame and see which one works for you.

Who ever finds Holy Grail probably lost a lot of money in process of learning and invested years of stress, sweet, and blood. Of course later they don't want to share it with total strangers on the internet for free.
