As long as BTC is under 8k and 10k, I believe any rallies would just be relief rallies/dead cat bounces. The BTC market is now currently dead and will remain so until we have reasons for fresh optimism.

For CFD stocks, I believe that the interest is levied on daily at ~6%pa rate. Check with your broker. It differs greatly from forex.
