If you eliminate all those from the list.. then what's the point of being successful? I've had trading periods where I felt pressure from personal life and one time it affected me badly, but in another it gave me more focus.

I wouldn't mix the two. Trading is a skill set like any other required for a job. It's even more complex than most jobs and requires attention, especially if you day trade. If you're using longer trades, then you could combine the two.

Most if not all. Cyprus gets chosen as they have lax laws and low tax rates, but are at the same time an EU country. So if you get a license from there, you effectively can operate in the rest of Europe.

I don't have much experience with cTrader, but from what I'm seeing so far it's better than MT4, as the broker can't change things around so much. I've seen less slippage in the last couple of months since I started using it.
