I don't know about everybody else but I've been testing this for the last month or so and it definitely works but if you want to get better results you should also use some other indicators, trade it with the trend ect.. good luck

Todays' breakout — I've noticed today is that was a good strong break-out on all usd major pairs on the london open so I think thats why on the us open we dont see much action
