Only a select few brokers offer the USD/BRL pair (NDF), and as far as I'm aware, none offer BRL vs SEK, CHF,EUR, JPY. Best way to trade BRL (without getting killed in swaps & spreads) is creating synthetic pairs via the CME BRL futures. They're not ...
BRL pairs - Which broker offers Brazilian Real?
- Trader KGB replied Feb 20, 2013
Exactly. Funny, all of the hedge funds and CTAs that trade at the CME don't seem to complain about any "lack of inventory". I don't think Joe Retail Trader will have any issue..

All the more reason to trade with on-exchange liquidity (LMAX, CME, etc) and avoid such nonsense..

IB offers one free withdrawal per month, any format (cheque/wire/ACH). They're the only shop I know of that offers a free wire. Several others offer free cheque withdrawals.
Do all brokers charge for withdrawals?
- Trader KGB replied Nov 23, 2012
Pretty sure it's free if using it with IB (or at least it was free the last time I used it).

There's definitely collusion, false/synthetic/edited MT4 trade history, etc. It's difficult to prove, but I would take any "returns" you see on the MT4 tracking sites with a LARGE grain of salt. There's a reason those sites are populated primarily ...

Interesting. Did you just notice it from the site, or did you hear from them or elsewhere that they're pulling out of retail?
LMAX = revolution?!?
- Trader KGB replied Oct 22, 2012
What is the minimum account size? The minimum deposit to your account will depend on the type of account you open. Please see below the different account types: Classic Account - $10,000 minimum initial deposit, or your base currency equivalent. ...

Making this more of a software/platform discussion then. Which is fine, that's basically the gist of what they offer (other than being an IB). Sounds like a great platform. It's good to have a worthy MT4 alternative what with MetaQuotes so heavily ...

$44.5M spread across 7000 accounts = ~$64k average account size. I don't recall offhand the average retail forex trader account size, but it's nowhere even near that amount. I'm assuming those numbers are skewed by CTA/PAMM investors. If so, those ...

Since when? FX clients of Refco, MF Global, and JadeFX received some or most of their balances back. PFG FX clients not given a single penny back? That's terrible..

I shouldn't have said Oanda specifically. But to their credit, they don't offer IB rebates, thus the EA sellers have little incentive to use them as they prefer to double-dip (EA sales & IB rebates). This makes for less conflicts of interest in ...

Given how many times this discussion has come up over the years, I really wish I had bookmarked them. They largely dealt with equities and futures traders (as those firms are more readily audited). Rest assured, the results are the same or worse for ...

Discussing it here would only encourage it further. Myfxbook largely benefits two groups: EA sellers & brokers. The brokers offer rebates to the EA sellers. Follow the money and the incentive to game the system is quite large. Notice there aren't ...

This is a reason not to trust myfxbook in my opinion. That site can be readily gamed, for the reasons you mention and in several other ways. If anything, this a testament to Oanda's honesty, since Oanda accounts can't be used for gaming the site the ...

Non-RFED... Probably just going to be an ILQ white-label like most IBs these days. Still worthwhile, since they get to have a US presence and derive revenue from US clients now. Plus, with the egregious cost of running an RFED these days, the IB ...
