It's depend on you, I use ec2 (free instance) to run 8 MT4 application (with another EA), it's still ok.

It's OK to use AWS EC2 to works with ICMarkets + ModestEA, I'm using it. My EC2 instance was located in Oregon, Ping is ~ 80ms (good). Good luck!
