Yes both are under ASIC and have similar EU, offshore licenses. Nothing much differentiating the brokers on this aspect. However, in Trading conditions and Support i think FP Markets have a slight edge over IC.

IC Markets or FP Markets?

Yes, this is definitely a advantage as far as FP Markets is concerned. Wasn't aware of this until now, most other brokers offering similar or even worser spreads charge higher commission than them.

It depends, when i am into quick scalping(m1, m5) i usually don't use stop losses. But when it comes to swing trading, or situations where i am not there to manage my trades, trading without SL is a strict nono!
