Nah, I take care not to lose money. Two-thirds of my posts are insults to brokers? Would be new to me. You do not seem to know what you're talking. Also you should read posts more carefully. That would save you from talking nonsense (about). Anyway, ...

They do not know me. I have not called them morons when I contacted them. Because at that point I was not as frustrated with them as I am now. Sure my English isn't particularly good, it isn't my language, too. But this is not the point. I am not a ...

Their api examples. I am only referring to the api stuff, I'm not interested in their trading app. I use my own software for trading and would be interested in porting it to work via their api. Interesting. I don't know why, but I have tried three ...

They do not answer e-mails. They do not answer questions on their forums (especially concerning their api). They make me sick.. Never came across such idiots.

I think so: i.e. LMAX, OandA, also Dukascopy's just for fun and other exotic brokers' stuff. I made my own terminal. I use MT4 only to pull data and channel orders through it. Because I find I cannot trade well with apps that brokers provide, ...

No, because I run my own stuff. In general their legitimate purpose is to be able to run anywhere/on any hardware that provides the bare minimum, i.e. browser.

Also global variables do not have session scope, but are quite persistent.
How to preserve variable in indicator when switching timeframes?
- m.m.m. replied Mar 12, 2013
@Poocher Probably you should remove the "link" ("location" of the file) in your first post; for it likely shows your full name (it is a path to your desktop).

Also, trading demo is pretty much pointless; you likely won't trade that way live anyway.

Just use "true" as an alias for "buy", and "false" for "sell", or vice versa.. this may require somewhat more brain power on the user's side, but..

I think we cannot deduce a broker's live execution times from demo. In general, and if a broker allows for (btw, I do not think MMs will), we can speed up the execution times of MT4 terminals by opening or keeping a "MT4 session" beforehand. For ...
