I think picking the right S/R levels is the most difficult part of it all, at least for me.

when you change timeframes then the sweetspot for that specific timeframe will appear on the chart. if you want to have the h1 time frame on the m5 then you would just use the h1 template posted earlier in the thread or delete the extra sweetspots ...

yes, check the indicator list. the only differences are that i added a sweetspot for the h4 timeframe using the sublevel 250 from atheer's h4 template posted on the front page and the sublevel 10 for the m1 is also visible on the m5.
