BUMP!! Lets not forget forex.com steals its "clients" money and they are not alone!! FXCM have been fined over $8million dollars for similar things. BTW, the big fines are not big because the same company’s keep re-offending!

If he broke their terms and conditions then they should cancel his winnings AND his losses. That is fair. I ask you, whats the bet if he broke their rules but lost, this would not be a problem?

All the MM brokers will have some kind of "insurance" they use against their clients. So even if they dont specifically use the virtual desk plugin, they will have something very similar. But in general, if your using a MM broker and they supplied ...

There is many investment companys who trade this way. Think its called high frequency trading. Each trade makes a tiny amount but doing it multiple times adds up very fast. It is not breaking the law. From the way forex.com is handling this ...

Maybe forexfactory makes money from forex.com in advertisments so they dont want you to dirty their client name. This has happened before.
