This one happen 1-hour later is similar (M1 Asian). Although rainbow is not contracted and price moved outside S3, trend on the HTF is strong and keep breaking new low - excellence for trend following.

On the H1 timeframe, we can see the price are exploring new low (days lows has been continuously breaking) and get a bit consolidation at the current R1. The Trendfollower signal is a good one to tell trend continuation after consolidation.
