Opening a 100k demo account one can play around and losses here and there wont affect you much like if you had a small account. Unless you do have one hundred thousand dollars to trade with, it can't be realistic to demo trade that is it. Looks like ...

Of course. Go through all the mistakes in demo account while pretending its real money, with realistic amount. Note the mistakes and their reasons, keep them as a true record of things to add to the study and it should solidify your foundation.
