I spoke to IG Index this morning, they inform me that this is very possible and IF i go ahead and write the code for it, they will happily check to see if it works, BUT THEY WON'T HELP ME?!

People buy euros when the data is good out of america regardless. The usd goes down as people dont need it as a safe haven anymore and get into risker currencies like the euro. Try think of it like that.
