Alorente replied Feb 27, 2012You could be right that it would give a more accurate trend change indication. I would like to have a TMA Slope indi of it and compare it side by side with Zznbrm´s to see which one gives better signals.

Alorente replied Feb 27, 2012This was the concept I had in mind for the Slope indi. I will use it on my charts until we have a definite one we all agree on. Let me know if you all prefer this one so I can incorporate it to the zip file on Page 1. Also, what are the arrows on ...

Alorente replied Feb 27, 2012Yes. I am not convinced that looking at trend one TF up from the one you trade is the best way, because you are misled when the trend actually changes for quite a large number of bars since the average indicating trend is lagging.

Alorente replied Feb 27, 2012I will be trying this alongside my regular methos with Heiken Ashi bars and see which one trades and feels better. I am very partial to Heiken Ashi bars because they give a clear and very visible indication of the end of the move by the change in ...

Alorente replied Feb 27, 2012If this is the case, my parameters on rule 1 may not be accurate. I thought the right side numbers were simply a range of relative values from for example -2.00 to +2.00. And the 2 values shown would be the range of the visible part of the chart. ...

Alorente replied Feb 25, 2012Yes. I was going to suggest this to Zznbrm. Crodzilla is being nice enough to work on a dashboard for the system that will reflect through lights or something similar the status of all of the rules in the system in an easy to understand format. ...
