I agree. No single answer for this. Furthermore, it depends on the time u allot for trading/monitoring charts. also, PA setups/formations differ for every broker on different timezones. that is, a PB on broker A can be non-existent in broker B.

yes, it can go both ways. price hangs around above/below a certain level, it can either break through it or reverse(price unable to break through). i guess what matters here is the strength (&/or lack of) of that certain level.

on ej H4, put an ascending trendline from the lower wicks of Oct15 onwards (part of an H4 triangle upside breakout). that TL will project towards 135.30-ish. price so far is ranging around that area. just another view
