As usual there's both a bull and bear case. There's a W pattern on daily so this retracement leg was expected, but it suggests then further up after. And we are coming back to test a daily TL. 1.38 makes sense for retracement so I can see the case ...

Sketchy prediction expecting a reaction from daily supply as mentioned yesterday DXY to rise when all the Euro buy stops have been gathered up and the Euro plummets. We'll see.. !

Managed to get a sell in at the top in a 1h supply area. The dxy wedge has held so far. The pump up was expected but that was pretty dramatic. Now just have to wait and see if it was temporary so they can take it below 1.17.. Still thinking about TP ...

EURUSD only

This has played out on the dxy (well half of it). We might have some bounce here on dxy and a daily top on GU here, or at least a drop temporarily on GU. Then wait to see if the wedge/ending diagonal on dxy bounces or breaks.
