one of bbaker's chart above raised a question. when wicks are present within levels, how does one discern between rejection or consumption? do we base it on the future PA around the area?

loonie in daily supply and now in h1 supply in the m5 chart, we see price rejection from supply and retested previous supply turned demand, and is now back in supply zone again. gap + huge bullish engulfing leaving that level so it may take a while ...
